Today decided to go to AMK hub to Cathay to write full up the form. So scare to ask them actually. So walk around and also had lunch at MOS burger with Xing yee. Then saw my primary school friend Winnie.
Haha.
THen went up again to ask. THen the manager ask us to go in for interview.
THe question is 'What is customer service'?

I was like. erm....
Must be friendly, smile, meet their needs?
Just anyhow say. Forgot what I told him. haha.
So scary...... haha
But need to learn alot of things.....
Need to have confidence. Which I am lack of. Tian.
I must have more confidence for myself.
